Is this a healthy diet and will i lose weight? - yoplait healthy heart yogurt

Snack: Special K or Special K Snack Bar Bites, with grapes and strawberries.

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken and dumpling soup with white meat.

Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Ring is not fair? also engage, if I about 45 minutes of brisk walking each day to do it with 50 slots on each leg and 50 squats and abandoned every day abs (25 morning and evening) and 50 jumps.
